Dean has over 10 years of experience working with marketing, sales, and strategic planning teams, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across global markets. As Chief Marketing Officer at Smaller Earth Group, he leads marketing, strategy, and innovation while working closely with the technology team to help shape the company’s product and technology direction. With a background in design and user experience, Dean has spent much of his career developing the Camp Leaders brand and working closely with camp directors to understand their needs. He uses those insights to shape products and platform features that make hiring and managing international staff easier and more effective.
