About the talk
Passing The Torch: Building What Comes Next at Camp
Like many things at camp, passing the torch is easier said than done! Join father-daughter duo Howie and Jordanna as they share a behind-the-scenes look at their ongoing leadership transition at Camp Robin Hood. While their story happens to be a family one, the lessons go far beyond family business. From building trust and creating real ownership to navigating different perspectives and making room for new ideas, they’ll explore what both sides of a transition can do to prepare for what comes next — whether the next leader is family, a longtime staff member, someone new to the organization or YOU!
