About the speaker
Jordanna Grossinger is a third-generation camp professional and Director of Camp Robin Hood in Markham, Ontario, with a background in Speech-Language Pathology. She brings extensive experience in camp leadership, staff development and building strong teams. She hosts the Day Camp Pod and is actively involved with the Ontario Camps Association (OCA), having co-chaired past OCA Conferences and currently chairing the Young(ish) & Emerging Camp Professionals group. Jordanna has presented internationally, sharing ideas with camp professionals. She loves systems, planning and efficiency, but believes great camping and leadership always come down to relationships.
