About the speaker
Susanna (Shoshi) Rothschild is the founder of in.tent consulting & facilitation, which was built on the belief that everything organizations do should be intentional and reflective of their mission and values. A former camp director, Shoshi often calls on her 20+ summers spent at overnight summer camp to help camp leadership teams design and implement strategies to improve staff culture, experience, and retention, including hiring, onboarding, training, and feedback and evaluation strategies. Every season, she works with camps across North America, designing and facilitating engaging and experiential training workshops that help staff members to develop skills such as supervision & evaluation, problem solving, and conflict resolution. She is a frequent speaker at camp conferences across the globe, including Camp Leaders’ Camp Collab, Foundation for Jewish Camp’s Leaders Assembly, American Camp Association NY-NJ’s Tri-State Camp Conference, and Ontario Camps Association’s Connects.
